IREKPETA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. is a registered firm of professional Estate Surveyors & Valuers established, under the laws of Nigeria in 1980. By virtue of the qualification of its Principal Partner, who is a corporate fellow of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, is recognized to practice the profession being warned, by the Estate Surveyors & Valuers registration Board of Nigeria (established by decree N0. 24 of 1975).
The firm presently has four offices – two offices in Lagos, one in Abuja and the other in Port Harcourt. We have however operated through the length and breadth of the country offering first class and high quality professional services in the area of real estate business to public and private sectors, individuals, public agencies, parastatals as well as Government bodies.
In fact we have had to offer professional services to some corporate organizations in some notable countries in the recent past.
